PPL Corporation sets 2017 annual meeting date
ALLENTOWN, Pa., Dec. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PPL Corporation (NYSE: PPL) has scheduled the company's annual meeting of shareowners for Wednesday, May 17, 2017. The meeting will be held at The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Bomhard Theater, 501 W. Main Street, Louisville, Ky. It will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern time.
Shareowners who hold shares of PPL at the close of business on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, will be eligible to vote.
