PPL Corporation (NYSE: PPL) has set the company's annual meeting of shareowners for Friday, April 25, 2003, at Lehigh University's Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, Pa. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. (EDT).

The company also has announced that the annual meeting of PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, a subsidiary of PPL Corporation, will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2003, at 8 a.m. (EDT) at PPL Corporation's corporate headquarters in downtown Allentown, Pa.
