PPL Corporation (NYSE: PPL) declared a quarterly common stock dividend on Friday (8/24) of $0.36 per share payable Oct. 1, 2012, to shareowners of record as of Sept. 10. This is PPL Corporation's 267th consecutive quarterly dividend.
