LG&E Ranks Highest in Midwest for Midsize Natural Gas Service
Utility earns top honors in residential natural gas customer satisfaction

(LOUISVILLE, Ky.) – Louisville Gas and Electric Company was named today as the top ranking mid-sized natural gas utility in the Midwest region. The prestigious honor was awarded by global market research company J.D. Power as a result of the company’s newly released 2016 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. 

The survey collects responses from interviews conducted in four phases — from September 2015 to July 2016 — with residential customers of 82 large and mid-size gas utilities across the U.S.  The sampling collectively represents 62,757 households throughout the nation.
