  WHEN/
WHERE: 4:45 p.m. Thursday, June 19, at Ninth and Hamilton streets,
          Allentown.

  BACK-
GROUND: The steel and glass building is a "fresh face" on the downtown
Allentown streetscape. The building, designed by world-renowned
architect Robert A.M. Stern, features a floor-to-roof atrium in
the center and two soaring "winter gardens" full of plants on the
south side. The street plaza, with its trees and fountains,
creates much-needed open public space in the downtown area.

The building also is a showcase of environmental features,
including water- and energy-saving fixtures, a "vegetative" roof
that insulates and helps minimize storm water runoff, and other
design elements that ease the structure's impact on the
environment and make the Plaza a pleasant and healthy place to
          work.

PPL occupies six floors of the eight-floor building. The third
floor will be leased for office space. The ground floor will be
          retail space.
